WEIGHT PLATES & SAND FILLER COMPATIBLE

ELITE Training Vests are designed to be compatible with common plates from various manufacturers. Our recommended plate combinations are Double Curved plates in 5.75lb and 8.75lb weights but can fit up to 20lb options if looking to train under heavy load.
